I spent this last Saturday at the Travis AFB Air Museum. The first two photos are of a B-29 Superfortress, the third photo is of a replica of the Atomic Bomb "Fat Man" that the United States dropped on Japan to help end the war. The fourth photo is of a "Falcon" Air to Air Missle built by the Hughes Air Craft Co. The fifth photo is of a rocket engine, for what i cannot remember.
I spent a few hours on Sunday at the Robert Mondovi Winery in Napa. The cost for a tour of the winery is $25 per person, money well spent. I also stopped at the Mustard Grill which is a few miles south of the winery on highway 29 for lunch i was seated very quickly because i was by myself but most groups of 4 or more were waiting 30 to 45 minutes to be seated, well worth the wait..
Anyone who knows me knows i like mechanical things. Cars, Trains, Planes, Boats, Motorcycles etc. I've been working on Cars, Bikes and Boats since i was 14. The car you see is my 1993 Mustang Convt Fox Body with a 5.0 H.O. This car puts out 205 H.P. from the factory. With the mods i've done (Cold Air Intake, 2.5 in Cat Back, MSD Ignition, Ignition Timing Advanced to 12 Degrees BTDC, 93 Octane Gas) I'd say it puts out close to 230 to 245 H.P., i need to take the car down to the local speed shop and put it on the Dyno.
This is one of the last black sand beaches on the Big Island of Hawaii. Green sea turtles crawl up on the beach to lay eggs and to rest in the sun.
If your on the Big Island of Hawaii, you need to take a drive down route 137 all the way to down to the mid 1980's lava flow.
I'm a chocoholic, i just had to stop by the Big Island Chocolate Factory in Hilo, Hawaii.
